Easy. Convenient. Secure.

About us

Seal One AG, based in Frankfurt am Main, is an innovative company which specialises in the development and marketing of user-friendly security solutions.

Mission Statement

Seal One provides a user-friendly process for digital signatures in online transactions.

Companies can use the Seal One Framework for almost all business transactions with their customers.

Seal One enables companies to carry out secure transactions.

Seal One's customers are our partners; however, our partners' customers do not necessarily have to be Seal One customers themselves.

Seal One’s business purpose is to provide the “pen” that enables customers to sign transactions securely.

The Seal One Framework is designed to support multiple partners.

Every Seal One hardware device works with the applications of all partners that support Seal One hardware. End customers need only one hardware device.

The company is led by Jürgen Weiß and Maik Stohn, two experienced board members who were involved in the early development of online banking and have been working for various major banks for many years.

Seal One AG was founded in 2009 and has set itself the aim of replacing outdated TAN-based solutions with modern, user-friendly signature solutions whilst at the same time enabling new business models based on this infrastructure.
